All order regarding shipping.

Allow 3-4 business days for shipping confirmation.  Once you receive your shipping confirmation all order are  shipped out through USPS please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

 

Normally, we need 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipping tracking number.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Taty's Tagz  A Frank Deloris Collections . Is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once tracking  information confirm that your package (s) were delivered to address that is provided  by customer and the customer have not physically received  package. 

You must contact United States Postal Service directly . 

All claims of lost, stolen, or damaged package (s)  will need to be reported contact information is 1-800-ASK-USPS (1800-275-8777)
