We are not responsible for lost/damage packages( check shipping link) . Be sure to package item as it was sent to you, those packages that are damaged will not be accepted. Once your package Is received please allow 5 business days to be issued a store credit. Although we thoroughly check all item(s) for defects and damages prior to shipping , it is your responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it's free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers negligence will not be accepted or refund.
